Background: An Enumclaw, WA native, I have spent my life engaged in sports and outdoor pursuits. I graduated from Enumclaw High School where I played basketball (Go Hornets!) and then attended Eastern Washington University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management.
In 2005, I decided that I preferred to keep my recreation interests recreational and began a career in residential real estate. I started my business by working with longtime friends and acquaintances from the greater plateau area and continue to do most of my business in this area eight years later. However, client referrals have allowed me to work with both buyers and sellers from Lacey to Everett and everywhere in between.
I work out of the John L Scott – Kent North office where I am proud to be a part of the consistent top 3 real estate team in the state of Washington. The resources I am able to pull from this dynamic team not only help me professionally but also benefit my clients who have the expertise of an award-winning real estate office guiding them through their purchase or sale experience.
Personally, I am a proud husband and father to a 3-year-old-son and am thrilled to say we have another baby boy due to arrive in late March. When I am not working with clients, my family and I are engaging in active outdoor pursuits including running, cycling, hiking, gardening, hunting, fishing and wildlife seeking. Another favorite of ours is our involvement in our church.

As an office who's an expert in this local area, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. We are eager to serve you. Here are some of the things We can do for you:
Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! We can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home
Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. We can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. We can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
